ID Experts and our award-winning platform, MyIDCare, got a makeover! As of October 15, our award-winning identity theft protection service will become IDX Identity. And ID Experts, the company that built MyIDCare, will be IDX.

Bottom line: We’re still the same company bringing you the same identity and privacy protection you trust — just with new branding. And you don’t have to do anything, and nothing changes with your account. We’ll do all the work to ensure a smooth transition.

New Threats Requires Deeper Protection

But times are changing. Our society depends more on digital devices and interactions than ever before, and our news feeds are full of the latest identity and privacy risks and data breaches. As these threats have evolved, so too have we.

Our new name reflects our commitment to being your first line of defense against fast-changing digital threats. IDX Identity is built on our highly secure technology platform to take on these challenges. It also gives you powerful, easy-to-use tools to safeguard your identity, such as credit monitoring and SocialSentry, our social media monitoring feature, as well as full-service identity recovery if you should ever become a victim of identity theft.

Over the next few weeks, we’ll be rolling out advanced new features to help you take back control of your privacy. These new features will enable you to clean up any personal data that has already been digitally exposed and collected, allowing you to plug the leak so that your current use of the internet doesn’t lead to continued exposure. Q: What does IDX mean?

A: As we are evolving our protection services and expanding our services into the industry’s first-ever consumer privacy platform, we are also evolving our brand and realigning our message to unite the advanced technology and privacy expertise that are the foundation of our company. We are IDX, The Privacy Platform.

Q: Do I need to do anything to move my protection to IDX?

A: Nothing. Your username and password will remain the same with the IDX brand update.

Q: What will I notice with the IDX brand update?

A: There are no changes to your dashboard or to the products and features you receive. You’ll now:

  • Login at https://app.idx.us/login. Make sure you bookmark this page in your browser for quick access.
  • Receive your newsletter emails from dontreply@email.idx.us and your monthly, transactional emails from noreply@mg.idx.us. You may want to add these addresses to your contact list to ensure that newsletters are delivered to your inbox.

Q: Who do I email if I need help with my IDX account?
